Why do the bookings have to be done in advance? 
We prefer to receive the bookings in advance to avoid too big groups. 

How big are the groups?  
We sell a maximum of 20 tickets per tour, food walks and nature walks have a maximum of 14 tickets per tour. 

Hur do I book? 
Click on Book Now, browse or write the name of the tour you are interested in and search.  The system will give you the first available date. Use the arrows to go back and forward in time. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most credit cards (unfortunately not American Express), online or with swedish crones if you prefer that when we meet. 

How to find the meeting location? 
When you book you will receive a confirmation with all details on how to reach the location.  

How do I find the right guide? 
Our guides are on the locations 10-15 minutes prior to start. We are all dressed in green and carry a signboard “Den gröna guiden - VerdeVerde Travel”. 

Do I need to bring any ticket? 
No, its enough if you tell us your name upon arriving. 

How long are the city walks?  
The city walks are normally 90 minutes long and we cover normally 2-3 kilometers.

How to dress for a city walk? 
Comfortable shoes is the most important thing. During the winter season we recommend you to dress warmer as you will be standing still every now and then and listen to the guide. 

Can we eat or drink along the tour?
Bring a bottle of water when it is warm. We do not make any stop for food or drinks during our 90 minutes walk. But we will always give you recommendations of places for snacks, lunch and dinner. 

Can we give feedback after the tour? 
Yes, after the tour you will get contacted by Reco or Tripadvisor / Viator.   

Can we pay the tour with a gift card?  
Yes, a part from our own gift cards we also work with LiveIt and Upplevelse.se

E-mail us the reference number on the gift card, the name of the tour you would like to book and your name and the date of the tour. We answer you within 24 hours with a booking confirmation. You will also get to know the exact location of the meeting spot and how to reach there. 

What happens if I can´t make it or if I get sick?
You can cancel the activity up to 24 hours prior to the start free of charge. A non-show will not be refunded.  

Can I change from one tour to another?  
Yes, let us know 24 hours prior the start of the tour and we will be happy to arrange it for you free of charge  

What happens if I am not satisfied? 
Let us know the reason why you are not happy with the tour or the guide. We really like to improve in all the way. You will be offered free of charge another tour of your choice (our program) or the money back.  

What is included in the price ? 
A 90 (some tours are shorter or longer) minute walking tour with authorized guide. 

Do you have reduced prices for children ? Yes, accompanying children below 15 years of age are.   

Can I inform you about food intolerance or allergies? 
Yes, inform us no later than 24 hours prior the start and we sort it out.
